When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Saturday delivery can be requested for an additional charge. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Expedited shipments must be received by no later than noon eastern standard time for overnight (next business day) and second day shipping (two-business days).
Note: We are unable to offer and expedited rate for boards over 7’10” at this time.
Do you ship to my country?
We are currently only shipping online orders to locations inside the continental US and HI islands.
Do surfboards get damage in shipping?
While shipping damage is extremely rare we recommend opening your surfboard and checking for any damages while the driver is there. All surfboards ship signature required. Please report any shipping damage within 24 hours of receiving your surfboard. Each situation is unique and we handle each one that way to make sure you are stoked with the outcome.
